androgel/painfull pimples

Ihave bin on ANGROGEL 5grams per unit dose for 3 weeks now and started to get huge painfull pimples near my sideburns is this common? Any advice? thanks~rob

That sucks. Acne is a well know side effect. I get them rarely on my back and shoulders.

Yep, that is from the testosterone. I usually get one once in a while on my shouldres when I am on test. You should be feeling good at 3 weeks.

I had one on my elbow real early on as (i think) a result to the new dose/level of test in my system. It was big and nasty - since then, it has been smooth sailing except for a couple that tried to form on my nose. It may sound girly but I think you really want to make sure you take care to cleanse the skin with a good face cleanser, keep it moisturized with a good moisturizer, and there are a couple of other things that you could apply if you wanted to get real technical. (i would share those with you if you were interested) my 2 cents
