I ran 400 deca every 5 days and 250 sust every 3 days for 10 weeks. Made some good gains and full muscle def.
2 weeks ago I switched from deca to tren E. Running Tren E 100 every 3 days .
Problem is I got smaller and lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Got joint pain and muscles get tired fast while working out.
Diet is in check and I even up my food intake since I started loosing weight.
Is it that I lost water weight that I gained with deca and now im shredding down with tren?
Not that happy right now about weight loss.
Also should I up tren to 150 every 3 days?
