Thread: All about enzymes?

    All about enzymes?

Who's all about having an enzyme tab after each meal? I know some that swear by it for every single meal.... and others who only take them during mass diets where they are having large meals.

Started taking 500mg of bromelain, 4 times per day, a few weeks ago.

I'm on a cut at the minute, no gear.

Has definitely helped with reduction of bodyfay but the biggest plus is that my right elbow, that has been causing me pain for some time, is sooooo much better after starting it. It is a natual anti inflammatory and I'm loving it!
