I am on my first cycle ever, 300ml test-cyp a week,on my 3rd week, I lost 40lbs of fat at the gym and harsh diet in the last six months. Iam 200lbs & 5'11".And 40 years old.
my diet has been low cal low carb but now im trying to build lean muscle mass and was wondering if i should change my diet, or just keep it low cal with lots of protien powder, any help would be appreciated from some of you guys who obviously know what your doin, Thanks.
