i never wanted to resort to that i was just wondering what else i should do.
i try to eat about 6 meals a day and only eat meal replacements when i cant get to a meal. i have gained about about 10 pounds in about a couple of months but i just feel like my body has hit its plateau. i go to the gym 3-5 times a week and im fine with my workouts its just i wana take my body to the next level. im not skinny at all im bigger then most dudes my age im just trying to add more muscle. everyone's advice in a nutshell is i have to eat more and that is what im gonna do just eat eat eat and take it from there.
