    Need Advice First User

    hey just wanted some advice and some guidance on what i should take. im 5'10 165 lbs and want to get to about 180 -190 and have did everything i could do to all the meal replacements and everything else, just a really really hardgainer. i am new to this and did alot of research but i am really stuck. also i am 18 years old and still developing but dont think i can gain weight i have a great workout routine and just need to get over that hump to succeed my goal. I dont want to be on for long i just want to gain the weight and then do it drug free. I dont want to inject anything so what is the best thing for me to take that is a pill. thanks everyone for your help

    You're too young right now, and oral only cycles are not recommended. I honestly think your diet is probably to blame. What's the diet look like?

    18 is way too young. Oral only is a dumb idea. Your diet is definitely the problem, meal replacements are not a good diet. You need to up your calories and probably protein intake to gain weight. If you dont eat right steroids wont make you grow either, they are not magic.

    there are diets for hard gainers in there
    meal replacements are shit you need real steak, chicken, fish, potatoes, oatmeal

    post up your workout routine

    if you only want to take pills you don't have the balls for this game for one thing, second testosterone is only injectable and without it you have a shit cycle.

    i never wanted to resort to that i was just wondering what else i should do.
    i try to eat about 6 meals a day and only eat meal replacements when i cant get to a meal. i have gained about about 10 pounds in about a couple of months but i just feel like my body has hit its plateau. i go to the gym 3-5 times a week and im fine with my workouts its just i wana take my body to the next level. im not skinny at all im bigger then most dudes my age im just trying to add more muscle. everyone's advice in a nutshell is i have to eat more and that is what im gonna do just eat eat eat and take it from there.
