    getting back in the game

    I just started back at the gym after 2 yrs off! I know I know.I still have some bulk and muscle but my rip is just about gone and i have some fat to burn! Iv hit the gym steady for a month now and i thunk its time to get back on a cycle. I'm 5'6" 185 any suggestions what i should start with?

    I'd just stay natty for awhile bro. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you can make a lot of gains naturally through "muscle memory" since you're obviously not new to the weight room. Check out the diet forum and work on your diet, and stay natty for awhile untill you reach a plateu. Good luck bro!
