    how do i start?

    hi ive been working out for about a year now and ihavent realy got the results im after my trainer sais that im jst slow at muscle development even tho i do a hour nd a half work out 4 times a week i wana start taking steroids but im jst a bit confused on how to take them and stuff and ive got a proper fobia of needels so oral tabs only any idea?

    first of you should have to be in the gym for an hour and a half. I'd be more interested in you posting up your diet. I would bet that is a big part of why you arent gaining

    i dnt no wat percent body fat i am but im 6ft nd weigh 12 nd a half stone nd i been trainin for about a year i eat three proper meals a day nd i have a protien shake after i got to gym and after my daily run

    6 meals? i eat loads as it is mate nd i ment 4 not 3 nd i take protien supliments nd stuff basicaly i wanna no wat steroids to take nd how cos otherwise il end up doin it all rong nd fuking it up
