Hey guys alot of questions here's my answers:
1. HGH 0.10iu's x 5 days week 2 days off. Just moved up to 0.15iu's x 5 days etc.
2. Test 200mg per 1ml so 2ml would be 400mg once every two weeks.
3. HCG 0.30iu's for three days on the 10,11,12 day of the two week cycle keeps my natural test production, the doctor want my blood levels to fluctuate to keep my natural from shuting down completely. My free test which is the most inportant is staying on the high end scale 7-22 I'm at 17-19 on my bloodwork, That I think accounts for such strength gains.
4. Diet really I EAT EVERYTHING no change in diet over the past 11 months, just really starting to leanout, program is taking hold. I always believe you gotta eat to get big. I guess my muscle mass is gaining on on my fat mass therefore buring more fat. Look at the pro's when not competing they look like Jabba the Hut haha, I'm not interested in the weight swings and not competing!!! I do slam 42grams whey protein tube shots 4 times a day. And big protein shake after every workout.
5. Trainning well I DO NOT MESS AROUND when I hit the gym I hit it real hard, I train chest & tri's two days off, back & bi's two days off, shoulders, tri's & traps two days off, legs & bi's two days off, Ab's I change up days to hit them every other workout. No cardio, dry sauna only. 20 mins every training day @ 170 degrees.
6. Cost, up until this month my cost monthly averaged $375.00. Saizen more concentrated more mgs more expensive. $475.00 a month here forward. Got my one year Doctor visit bloodwork etc coming up first week in September. Will provide that info when I get it. Thanks Guys for all your support.
