I'm going to to carb ups 2 times per week for either cutting or bulking, as the body craves for homoestasis, and it's homeostasis we don't like either putting on musclemass or slimming down from a 44" tire size. Well...
I want to give this program a serious shot, but I want to get all the things clear before I let one rip.
The carb up days states Wednesday and Saturday.
I want to try the 4 split before jumping on to the 5 split for a later round, to see how my body reacts.
Well the 4 split is as follows:
A.
Chest
Biceps
Forearms
B.
Calves
Legs
Abs
C.
OFF
D.
Shoulders
Triceps
E.
Back
Rear delts
Traps
I have two choices here.
Training from monday to friday, with wednesday as a rest day. This meaning that the carb up days will both come on a day I don't train (Which I don't know if is a bad thing, therefor asking..)
Or I can train:
Tuesday, wednesday, off on thursday and last training day saturday. This mean I get my carb ups on
Leg training day, aswell as my back training day, it's sounds good to me, and I get a good restful sleep before training back on saturdays aswell because of the weekends.
What do you think? Should carb up days be on off days, or on a hard workout days (legs, back).
