Get an oral Insulin syringe measured from 0 - 1ml. VERY easy compared to droppers and others syringes.

I have a question...on that oral syringe in the pic above does the mcg lines take into account the liquid that's held in the neck or stem or whatever it's called? If not, how do you get it out? Dumb question I'm sure, but thanks for the help in advance.
