somethings up but nothings releasing?

I am having serious problems here fellas....

I have recently started using .2ml's of arimidex a day, have been for two weeks now, I had some tender nipples and a small lump. I am also using caber or caborgoline at 500mcg twice a week. I'm currently on 2ml's of sutenon a week, 2 mls of prop a week.

Now, my problem isn't getting horny or getting in the mood, that's easy. The problem is unloading? holy cow, I can pump the girl forever or jack it till I have to stop because my arm is sore as all hell....

I'm hoping this is common or known, and someone's got a remedy for me?
