Was not sure whether to run Hcg at 500iu's a wk during cycle aswell?

Wk 12-16 Nolva 60-40-20-20mg ED


Arimidex or proviron for gyno during cycle I know that proviron does not affect IGF levels that much, how do doses look?

test/dbol/deca is too much for a first cycle

if you run deca the ai you need to use is letro
sust is injected eod, right?

Its recommended that a first cycle consist of test only. But you are an adult, I guess, and do what you want. I would suggest some adex in pct as well. If your nuts are an issue I'd run the Hcg halfway through cycle to end at 250 iu'2x a week. Post cycle also last two weeks(hcg). IMO your pct should be 6 weeks. I ran a similar cycle and thats how I did it.

Run cyp or enth 400-500 should be good....

nah its fine your test will take a while to kick in anyway
eod then up it if you feel like you need

All depends on your diet and workout routine but those gains are plausible.
