thanks big...bacne is more from wearing a flak jacket on patrols in 135 degree waether if you get what i mean ...but i think the deca also made it a bit worse.

Hey thanks guys, i have been doing really minimum cardio and eating for size...i am currently bumping my cardio up and doing some descent carb cutting. I am planning on doing a cycle of test and tren come august so i will keep updating for sure.
