I've heard from an assortment of places around the internet that stacking IGF1LR3 and insulin results in a very anabolic affect - or more specifically, an anabolic affect greater than either substance would give you on its own.
I know theres a lot of talk about the uselessness of LR3, but do you think that when its stacked with insulin, that could make it anabolic?
I recently experienced a month run with igf1lr3 at 100mcg/day (taken in the morning). I also used insulin @ 10iu's PWO. My diet consisted of about 250-300g protein along with an average of about 150g-200g carbs. I also used creatine at about 10g/day taken pre work out.
I have grown quite a bit in the past month - my arms actually put on close to an inch. Here's the thing though: I recently started working out again (2 months ago) after taking a 3 year break. Before I was about 230lbs 10%bf, 6ft tall. Now I weigh 260lbs and am about 15% body fat. My parents have even commented that I've grown a lot in the past month. My muscles could be "remembering" where they used to be so to speak.
I think stacking the IGF1LR3 with insulin may have had a synergetic affect and here's why:
Each week I noticed my bench max go up by 20lbs
other muscles got a lot stronger to, and put on great size.
HOWEVER,
I stopped taking the IGF1LR3 one week before I stopped taking the insulin PWO. A week after stopping the IGF1LR3 (and continuing with just insulin), I hit a plateu and stopped gaining strength. I know that doesn't prove that LR3 has a synergetic affect with insulin, but it certainly leaves a suspicion.
What do you guys think?
