How much letro to keep water retention off from...

Doing a Test E 500mg/week with Deca 600mg/week. And this is a cycle within a cruise and I'm using Nolvadex 10mg/ED to keep lipids healthy during this long cruise. If I put Letro in should I still take the Nolvadex or will Letro also keep my lipids good?

letro screws up your lipid profile i'm pretty sure... depending on how much bloat you're willing to deal with you can figure out if you want to add it in or not-- i always do

I personally only take an AI on cycle, b/c i am not gyno prone and have never had symptoms. (lucky)

I just don't want to bloat up badly but still get very good gains, I was thinking going with 0.25mg E3D.

Hey bro. I would just go with arimidex. Last time I used letro my shoulder, elbow and wrist joints hurt so bad I had to stop training until I got it out of my system. Personally I wouldnt use letro unless I had gyno.
Just my opinion though.

all these horror stories you hear about letro are from abuse and over use
arimidex wont do anything for deca sides
if you find the perfect letro dosage youll have 0 bloat, and 0 sides
thers a perfect balance you gotta find
start at .25mg e3d, move up to eod or ed if you are scared

i do EVERY CYCLE, ALL CYCLE at .25mg ed

I also would not run nolvadex wit a 19-nor......it can increase the chances for gyno.....just my 2 cents.....
