    Oat bran, good for cutting?

    what do you think of Oat Bran as a carb source, is it on par with sweet potatos or what?

    I don't see a problem with it.


    But I'm sure your going to get a lot of sweet potato answers lol


    I would incorporate both into your diet.

    i do, i just like the oat bran as a substitute for oatmeal, from what i've seen it's got a very variable GI and GL, can anyone help me figure out what the GI and GL are for oat bran in a cooked state?
