    Shaker

Anyone know of a website that sells shakers. I need one that has a wide opening, can hold close to a liter or more. Also is easy to mix my PWO, Whey and Oats. I don't like the free one with the spout, it leaks and doesnt mix all that well.

Yah, I got one of them from GNC. Overpriced, but very effective. Holds a liter.

I just buy those big cheap tupperware bottles like from the grocery. Cant mix oats but good for PWO and keeping water in during the day.

I don't know if Haleo products are available in the States, but they make a "cyclone shaker" that really works good.

^^^dude, i hope it's one of their new bottles without BPA (Bisphenol-A) - it leaches estrogen-mimicking chemicals which you then drink...

Yeah that Nalgene bottle is something similar to what I want. Wide on top, tightly sealed so no leakage and can fit in all my PWO ingredients. Ill probably get a bottle from my University, they have some like that.
