    Unhappy Overtrained Problem?....

Hi guys, i am 23years old and working as a banker. now, i've been running deca susta and d-bol cycle for 2 weeks. but i do have a problem about my endurance.

i am working from 7am - 6pm, go to gym in lunch break (12.00-14.00) 4times in a week. monday-tuesday-thursday-friday are my gym days! everytime i finish my train, i have to go back to my office.but dont worry, i've prepared complex foods in my car.

But everytime i got home after training days, it's make me so damn tired and diificult to sleep. then finally i get fever for the next day! how can i complete my cycle and reach the goal? or maybe i should see the reality and stop my cycle. advice please.thanks!

Im sure it has more to do with your diet. I have a physical job, work in the morning, gym lunch, work the rest of the afternoon and when i come home im fine. I also sleep like a baby.

Its not just about eating more but more about eating the right stuff at the right time. You see a lot of guys on here post "i eat 3500-4000 calories a day," and after you ask them to list their diets you see things like "pankcakes, ice cream, and way too many shakes." You need to give your body fuel but more importantly you need to give it the right fuel. Everyone is different so its going to come down to trial and error.

When i first started out i thought i needed carbs for energy, i was wrong. I recently changed my diet and i found out i get just as much energy if not more from good fats with min carb intake.

I also use to believe that i needed a big meal an hr before the gym, i was wrong again. I found my body spent too much energy on digesting my food and left me getting bad heart burn, lighted headed and just down right nauseas during my workouts.

This didn't happen over night but i'll continuing to keep plugging away till i find whats right for me. I suggest you do the same.

Check out the diet section and read some stickys. I could send you some links through PMs if you want to talk more about diet.
