Okay, so again, I'm not a builder, a distance runner, and trying to get back into it at the age of 47, after struggling to maintain a good base level with crazy work requirements the past 5 years (residency). Now I have some time, but alas, my naturally endomorphic body has succumb to the avalanche of aging effects of my age. I have run marathons, trail and pavement, the most recent 2 years ago Sept. My question is as follows...
Would a moderate dose of Anavar or Masteron be good for me stacked with the regimen I'm on now?
test cyp 200mg/wk
HGH 3IU ed x5, off x2, working up to 4IUs
HCG
My goal is to get rid of the ridiculous love handles that are not only genetic, but also enhanced by my endomorphic, high body fat ratio, and to lean up and get some damn muscle. The only muscle I've ever really had is in my thighs.
Here's the info:
Age 47
Ht 6'0"
Wt 215lbs
BF 26%
Workouts consist of cardio 45-60 mins trail running 5x per week, working up to 60-90 mins/day.
Body weight exercises push up, pull ups, crunches, 3 x per week, plan to add circuit weight training 3 x per wk, 12-15 reps per exercise (bench, lat pull, dumbbell row, shoulder press, leg press, and leg ext, bicep curl, tricep ext)
Diet
Approx 2500-3000 cal per day
Breakfast
unsweetened soy milk
oatmeal

Lunch
4 slices low carb bread
1-2 cans tuna
fruit x 1 or 2
1-2 oz almonds
Dinner
mostly soy products
soy meats
frozen veggies
soy yoghurt
cheats: 1-2 chocolate bars (dark) 3 x per week, mozzarella cheese, 2 0z 3-4 x per week
percents break down to about 30-40% protein
50-60% carb, ~20% fat
I've been on HGH for 5wks, with the test same amount of time, and other than feeling a littler better energy wise, and sleeping well, I don't see a lot of difference. I plan to add HIIT to my cardio.
But I'm wondering if the moderate doses of Anavar or Masteron would stack well with the low dose stuff I'm on and just give me a cleaner, leaner look, with some hardening, better fat loss, etc.
I've always struggled with high body fat, even when running the trail marathons, though I've eaten relatively clean for years.
