    Boxer Looking for Best Approach

Anyone help - Ive been in and around boxing since i was sixteen (now 38) and enjoy the training side only now!
Ive been using heavier weights now for about six months and have a steady training regime plus a decent diet and feel as though i want to start my first cycle.
Id look to carry on boxing so something like Winstrol would not be suitable to acheive the gains im looking for (as well as keeping the arobic/cardio side of things going).
Any sensible advice would be most appreciated!

Six months really isn't a long time when considering serious and consistent weight training, in other words you may not have fully developed your foundation, a aspect that would hamper or augment aas usage.

Please list your present stats (ht, wt, bf, aas history), which will aid in determining your progress.

    eq

EQ is the way to go e2days divided up to equal 400-500mg a week, man you will have GREAT cardio!
you will love this for bixing guys i know use this for triathalons and mma and can't believe it if they have never tried it before.
Just try it you will not be sorry!!!!!
and check into a pct program. and you do not need to do 10-12 week cycles to get and keep good results!!!!that info comes from us here in the USA where people seem to think more and longer means better results...WE in the us are over doing the stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    6-8weeks is plenty.

You have just suggested he shoots EQ every 2nd day for a total of 400-500mg a week for 6-8 weeks?

This is fcuking terrible advice!!!! Please do not pass on any more advice until you have educated yourself more, I’m sure you mean well but you are doing no good passing out nonsense advice like that.

EQ is a long ester and only needs to be shot once a week.

Also because of the long ester it will not kick in until about the 6-8th week so he will be stopping the gear just as it starts to work.

And let’s not forget the last of test, every cycle should have test in it.

At 13 stone (182lbs) you can put on muscle mass without steroids.
Go check out the workout and diet section.
