need help with liquid letro

I did a prohormone cycle and took novedex for pct and i started gettin gyno. been off prohormones for bout 3 weeks now and almost done with novedex. I got a bottle of liquid letro. how should i take it and how much and what time of day. its 30 ml bottle. 2.5mg per 1 ml. should i take 2.5 mg each day. What time of day?

From what I've read on liquid letro your supposed to work your way up to 2.5 then slowly work your way down. I dont think it matters what time of day you take it.
