hi all, im a proffesional athlete training 4-5 a week burning alot of calories ive been doing whey protein for couple years now and has been fantastic, but ive been told a mass gainer wud be better for me becuase of the amount of cardio i do, the caarbs will aid in the growth, would you stick to the whey protein or hit the gainer, im 9% and my matabilizm is extremly fast i cnt afford to gain any bodyfat ( thts me in the pic so u can see im fairly ripped), do you this this would help me?
