Ok so here goes it.....
I'm just reading around getting everything ready for my first cycle, but a couple buddy's of mine had some input on what my cycle should consist of. I don't really know what to think of it its not what i think i should do so I am asking for help.
Stats: Age 21
Weight: 190
Training: 5 years non-stop
bf 8%
They guys said i should do Test E 250mg/2x weekly Monday/Thursday Night.
Thats sounds good but they say i should only do one bottle just like a 6 week cycle?
Will two bottles of 10ml test e last me 10-twelve weeks
As far as PCT they said Tribulus and some other test boosters?
That doesn't sound good if I am doing this i wanna do it right!
How hard is it to get your hands on Arimidex or Nolvadex?
Is there any other PCT I should consider besides these two?
Also should I take a AI while on my cycle even though its my first one and its a Test E only cycle?
