Hello,
I had done clen during the winter (and good thing... I was sooooo hot, even in the unseasonably cold weather) and did many good things such as changing my eating habits for better ones, exercising 5 times per week both cardio and weight lifting, and I've maintained a good exercise and nutrition program since then.
My plan was to "get started" and feel good about the results, and then stop and do the rest of the way naturally.
But, ever since I've stopped clen altogether, I've been gaining tremendous amounts of weight. I was down to 210 pounds, and now I'm at 250 pounds. (It's less than what I weighed, but still... what gives?)
It's depressing. I feel that I've done sound decisions to my health (such as eating smaller portions, and eating a big mixed vegetable-spinach salad with lemon juice before eating before the meal.) And I've set out at least 1 HARD hour of exercise (no rests... not enough time.) And when I have a day off from school and work, I usually do 2 hours of lighter exercise.
I was thinking about doing clen again (although, in this hot weather, I'm worried about overheating) but... I'm asking an opinion.
Should I do clen again if it essentially put my weight back again afterwards, or... just forget it and accept how I look now? I mean, I feel better for exercising... so shouldn't that be good enough?
I'm thinking about doing HGH-- but... I'm afraid of "dirty" sources.
