infection????

hi, i'm halfway through my cycle and the last injection was 2 days ago...i now have a bit of swelling at the site with a bit of redness....wots going on??????

common infection. should go away in a couple of days. if it doesnt (i personally would wait another couple of days lol) you can see a doc and he'll give you some anti-b's and your clear.

put a hot towel over the infection. do that couple times. 1-2 days the most and it will be gone. Been there, done that.

use lots of rubbing alcohol when you inject make sure the pin is always fresh. and heat helps, better yet and i've tried this, if its the glutes.. run a really hot shower and just let the water spray only the site but very hot! then ice for a minute it and repeat... it helps break down the scartissue, it works great.
