I just saw a buddy of mine that moved up to the pacific northwest and he was ripped all natty......great abs!
Here is what he said he eat every day for the last 4 months
breakfast
2 slices of wheat toast
3 boiled eggs whites
spourts and half large avocado with celtic salt and pepper
2 hours later
Large avocado
9oz fresh coconut jucie
AND THAT'S IT.....HE HAD AVOCADO AND COCNUT JUCIE EVERY 2 HOURS FOR THE THE REST OF THE EVERY DAY
