have u been doing just the protein/fat meals? u can incorporate the pro/veg days if u havent been.
Yes 45% protein 45%fat 10% carb. I didn't know about the protein/veg version.I'll have to do some research on that. Thanks
were ar 4 getting ur carbs from? there should be no direct carbs consumed, even post-workout. the only carbs you should be taking in is from peanuts,lettuce and broccoli
The carbs are coming from my protein shakes, nuts,peanutbutter.
Breakfast : 4 whole eggs,5 egg whites.
Am Snack: 1 tbs peanut butter (natural), 2 scoops whey protein
Lunch: 8 ounces chicken breast, 2 oz cashews
Pm Snack: 1tbs peanut butter, 2 scoops whey protein
Dinner: 1 cup lettuce,1tb olive oil,8 ounces salmon, 3tbs vinegar
Evening snack: 1 tbs peanut butter, 2 scoops whey protein
TOTAL PROTEIN:322gms TOTAL FAT: 143 gms TOTAL CARBS: 66 grms
I am 42 years old and weigh between 195-200.
SUPPLEMENTS:1 tsp. Metamucil (sugar free) 2caps CLS, 2CAPS efa 3-6-9,1 MUTI VITAMIN, 1 TSP GLUTAMIN BEFORE BED. BEFORE AND AFTER TRAINING 4caps BCCA & glutamin
