Before it i want to get tested for the hormones and chemicals that will be affected, if you guys could help me get a list of things taht would be helpful. So far i have. Oh and the dosage would be working up to 40mg for 4-6weeks.
BEFORE IM ON IT
(testi measurement (ruler))
-Free serum testosterone (to check against after pct to make sure my test production is normal)
-Bad cholesterol
-Good cholesterol
_BODYFAT AND BODYWEIGHT (im around 6-8% bf at the moment)
WHILE ON IT
----make sure i eat several meals a day, force myself if i have to.
-To combat cholesterol malfunctions etc id take policosanol (how much tho?)
-Flax seed oil, same purpose (but how much aswell?)
-om3ga 3's (site auto-edited the correct spelling for ommega (already on them, fish oil)
-400 to 800 IU of Vitamin E, and 1,000 to 2,000 mg. of Vitamin C with each meal
-Alpha Lipoic Acid (i read its a good liver detoxifier)
-Midway through get tested again.
------any other liver detoxifiers reccomended?
COMING OFF IT
-Dont need nolva cuz its anti-estrogen and gyno, which var doesnt give.
-Clomid to get my test back to normal, as well as my testi size.
-Retest my levels once again.
-Check weight and bf (for all stages pretty much)
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
Firstly i live in Canada, so in my experience you get blood tests when your doctor prescribes one, so how do i go about getting one without some sort of prescription (IE: you feel fatigued they give you a mono spot test) I would prefer not lying to the doctor. (He gives you a sheet that has stuff checked off that they test for). Cuz unlike the US you cant just go in and pay for what you need. Any ideas for how i would be able to get the whole test thing going?
*****can i just be blunt with the doctor and let him know what im taking the tests for? I mean are they bound by law to client confidentiality even concerning illegal substances?
