    DBOL: Every day or pre workout only?

    opinions on this?

    i always maintained a constant does was best for blood levels
    eg 40 mg spread out through the day

    but others disagree and say its in and out your blood stream so quick that u will always be getting fluxuating blood levels regardless

    also heard that Dbol is most benefical just before your workout so taking a high dose an hour before workout is optimal for best results

    opinions?

    well i noticed that takin one of my dose of the day 1.5 hours before workout improved my performance in the gym!!and yes u shld keep your doses spread out throughtout the day!!

    Half-life is about 6-8 hours, i don't think it leaves that fast, I'd just keep doing what you're doing.

    half of it leaves that fast. it means that every 8 hours you have a multiple of a power of two less. examples, 8 hours 1/2, 16 hours 1/4, 24 hours 1/8, 40 hours (less than 2 days) 1/32 the administerd dose.

    yeah thats what i mean

    some feel a mega dose pre workout is better

    also because you dont take it on your non workout days you save your liver and your receptors a little - so very possible to do longer cycles

    its called pulsing. some believe it reduces sides, but you do sacrifice a little in terms of potential gains.

    no, thats not what I mean. If you do it eod you are basicly starting over everytime you dose. it needs to be done on a consistant ed manner

    i was just agreeing with you that a lot of the Dbol is lost after a few hours

    i wasnt suggesting which method was best

    thats why i started this thread lol

    if its the latter what are the benfits for taking ED other than blood level

    I space my doses evenly throughout the day, with my last dose before bedtime...... I feel it to be very beneficial to have the compound fresh in my bloodstream while I sleep, and that's when your muscles are rebuilding themselves and growing ......

    ed, dbol assists in your recovery also. It would be like skipping protein on your days off

    I use exponential decay as a model.
    current = administered*(1/2)^(time since administration/halflife)

    notice when time since administration=halflife then time since administration/halflife=1 and
    (1/2)^(1)=1/2, hence the name halflife. if you look at multiples of your halflife you end up w/
    1/2 administered, 1/4 administered, 1/8administered, 1/16 administered, and at 5 halflives(40hours) 1/32 administered dose.

    If I have 24 ounces of beer is it better to drink 1 ounce an hour or slam it all at once? I'm not trying to be a smart ass just using an example. The effects of orals may work the same way.

    I like this example. beer leaves the body at 1 beer/hour. so at 1 ounce you are severly underdosed. you paid for the beer but at this administration rate you cannot get the full effect.
