Hello everyone I have been on here reading posts for about 2 yrs now and I think I am ready for my first cycle.I want to get harder and cut up and to add more muscle.I am wondering what I should take from what I have read I should take test 500mg a week split in 2 doses, should I take any thing with it. And to do it right what would the proper pct be and do I need to take any thing else during the cycle. thanks

2-detour protein bar low sugar
3- large chicken breast
4- turkey mignon
workout/cardio
5-2 scoops whey mixed with vanilla soy milk
6-chicken breast
