    Help with first cycle

    Hello everyone I have been on here reading posts for about 2 yrs now and I think I am ready for my first cycle.I want to get harder and cut up and to add more muscle.I am wondering what I should take from what I have read I should take test 500mg a week split in 2 doses, should I take any thing with it. And to do it right what would the proper pct be and do I need to take any thing else during the cycle. thanks

    180 lbs was 257 2.5 yrs ago

    I eat 5-6 meals a day.

    1- 4 eggs 1 whole wheat english muffin ,1 scoop whey in water
    2-detour protein bar low sugar
    3- large chicken breast
    4- turkey mignon
    workout/cardio
    5-2 scoops whey mixed with vanilla soy milk
    6-chicken breast

    bro,you said youve been reading for 2 years...if you have been then you should have your pct memorized and your cycle ready to go...lol...not to mention bro IMO you need to get your nutrition a bit better...CONGRATS on the weight loss!!!...1st cycle 500mgs Test E split in 2 doses would suffice for now.

    Also you havent told us what test your planning on taking so i cannot tell you an advised pct.

    man your carbs are low. Id do
    weeks 1-10
    test enan at 500mg/week

    I am thinking of trying this cycle.I notice that it shows dbol in the chart but down below they call it deca-durabolin. It says to use nolvadex if my nipples start to get sore but it doesnt mention anything about pct is it not needed for this?

    Nice spot, yes it should say dianabol. Yes you need to do a pct you seem to have got in the habit of researching so im not going tell you the pct, look it up yourself you'll feel better for it.

    cut the length of the test to 10 weeks and the length of the dianabol to 6 tops.

    Agreed the dbol is way too long in that cycle i didnt even read it properly i was too busy lookig out for the deca instead of dianabol wording.

    What if I used winny instead of the dianabol along with the test would that give me less weight gain and make me look more cut with less bloat?

    comes down to diet. you wont see much from the winny even if your bf% was single digits

    Why do you say he wouldnt see results much with the winny? did you mean at all or because of diet and BF%??

    Thanks for the reply guys. I know I am jumping around a bit but I am looking for the best and an easy way for me to get to my goal and I honestly think I need to use something to get there. Do you think it would be better to do a cycle of test for 10-12 weeks or just do a low dose for a longer time kinda like a therapy until I reach my goal. and if I was to do a low dose for a while how would I need to run it and compared to doing a cycle. thanks in advance

    what do you think you would get from winny? it does not burn fat.

    bro, that diet could use some serious revision, write out your macros and amount and i'll help you critique it

    remember, diet is 90% so lets get the diet spot on before you start your cycle

    thats about how I do it. quit eating carbs 5-6hours before bed. do morning cardio before carbs also.

    not if you workout later in the day, you need the carbs after workout to replenish your glycogen stores, it's been proven that eating protein with carbs after a workout causes much high protein synthesis opposed to protein alone(i can cite the study if anyone needs)

    That article you posted is whack. Dbol for 12 weeks? 6 weeks tops man. Then it goes on to talk about Deca that he didn't even lay out. And suggested shooting Enth and Cyp once a week. terrible.... hear look at this.

    week
    1-4/6 Test Enan 500mg/wk; Dbol 40mg ED
    4/6-12 Test Enan 500mg/wk
    1-12 Arimidex .25mg ed

    PCT (starts two weeks after last shot)
    week 14-18
    Nolvadex 20mg ed
    Aromasin or Proviron 50mg ed

    Your test should be shot twice a week 250mg per shot. IE... Sun Morning 250mg Wed Night 250 MG

    You can run your dbol between 4-6 weeks
    That PCT is pretty basic so feel free to add to it. Some would feel 12 weeks on test is deserving of some HCG so look into it.

    All of this is USELESS without proper diet. So get on top of that!
