duh! i have been on winny for a week now and noticed a little bit of hardness. i have never used it before but was wondering if i should take like 100mg aday or stay with 50. oh well guess it doesnt matter.

50mg each day is enough.You just have one liver.And Winstrol as tabs or as inject is very toxic for your liver.
Don't use it longer than 6 weeks would be my advice.
