Ok this is my stats
32 year old
5" 4 and 144 lbs now.
Remember I'm only 5"4 so 144 lbs is not skinny, it fine.
Working out over 10 years.
Had 2 really good cycle under me.
In this bulk I will eat 6 meals a day.
Body fat now I would say 12-15%
1- 12 weeks of deca 275
1- 15 weeks of Sus 250 twice a weeks.
10 -15 week of Winstrol.
PTC
2 week of HCG
4 week of clomid
4 week of proviron.
What do I want out of this?
Well I know I got really good result with deca and test.
I can gain 10 15 lbs with out trying hard on the eatting.
But what I want is more quilty gains and less water.
I want to get to 160-170 lbs the BF will be high.
Once I get that I will go off for 3 months then start my cutter program.![]()
