    old man

it has been awhile since i have even thought of even doing this but now i am 39 tired all the time and have arthritis. i read that deca is good for the joints and i remember how good i felt and how much energy i use to have when i use to do this stuff. i just got sustanon 250, deca, and 50mg winstrol tabs. i am taking 1 1/2cc deca and 1 1/2cc sustanon and 1 tab in the morning and 1 tab at night of winstrol. is this good or not ?

Winstrol will make your joint pains worse.

what is the strength per ml of the deca?

Are you shooting 1.5cc or .5cc of each every night? 1.5 cc every day would be very high dosing, that would work out to like 2625mg/week of test.

Sustanon should be shot eod or atleast every 3.5 days same with the deca. Dosing is low but still should produce good gains. You may want to go with 1cc of each twice per week and forget about the winstrol if you have joint problems.

While it’s true Deca has a positive effect on aching joints, this is temporary and is consequently used (at least for the property in question) by the bb’er to offset compounds that have proven to negatively affect the individual’s (and it is case by case, rather than inherent) joints. The last compound in your cycle, Winstrol, is notorious for this particular negative effect but again it doesn’t impact all users in this manner.

Because of its impermanence Deca wouldn’t be considered a viable clinical treatment for arthritis suffers, but should provide some relief during cycles. Do you know what type of arthritis you have? And did you try specific remedies? For example, Osteoarthritis (cartilage degeneration) can be effectively combated with a full regimen of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM a regenerative combination.

With regard to cycle dosages, please list your stats (wt, ht, bf, yrs. of continuous lifting, aas exp.)

As for the arthritis aspect, the answers you receive(d) may cause your question to evolve, which might prompt you to both rephrase and relocate it to the Injuries & Rehab forum for more specific input.

    Best to you.

one issue with they type of degenerative disc disease you have, is you will add more weight to your frame, and when you come off, some of that weight will remain in the form of new muscle, assuming your diet is correct.

have you considered GH/var/sust cycle?? or discussed with your doc the use of GH and maybe hrt at your age??

    just a thought..

Avoid overhead pressing movements, probably squats too...leg press instead. May help to do some neck strengthening, improved muscular strength of the muscles surrounding your cervical spine can take some pressure off the discs. Also, work on "core" strength exercises for abdomen and lower back.
