    coming off cycle

    33 yrs old
    225 lbs
    ? bf
    i got my cycle off of this web site (novice cycle)
    week 1-10 400mg deca
    week 1-12 500mg test e
    week 1-15 20mg nolvadex daily
    pct clomid for about a month


    I am in week 10 of cycle and have stopped taking deca. According to this sites cycle info i am supposed to take 500mg of test on week 12 and then just stop but after reading the coming off info on the home page it says dont stop cold turkey basicaly stairstep the dosage down 4 a couple wks when coming off so the info is contridicting. What should i do.

    yeah stop cold turkey,its a waste of time to taper down,it'l just take longer to start ur pct and get ur nat test levels up again

    diet summary/# meals per day (i wanna see a meal plan, not, i eat 5 times a day and get 200gs of protein)
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    You shouldve done more research bro...

    what do u mean never take nolva on a cycle thats exactly what this website recommended and clomid is for pct im not taking it now.

    from main page click on steroid cycles and then novice cycles and on almost all of them 10-20mg of nolvadex daily is recomended. I didnt start taking nolva until my nipples started getting tender but i will stop taking it and save for pct. thanks for the advice

    why never take nolva on cycle? because it might hinder gains? ive taken a low dose @ 10 mg to prevent gyno and been fine

    Good! Personally, I would keep away from Nolva for on cycle estro control unless I start noticing gyno and save it for my PCT instead, jmo. But is good to see what works for others and what does not.

    clomid sucks!!! It makes you emotional and I always felt like crap. Last cycle I just did nolva and I was fine.

    Is that right? Probably you were using high quantities of it. If you supplement your Nolva with Clomid at low dosages, it should be a hell good PCT protocol to help you retain most of your gains and recup. faster.
