you should be increasing your dosages roughly every 3-4 days by about 20mg .
since you started it 2 days ago at 50mg, you should dose it up to 70mg on your fourth day, cycling each dosage for 3 days, and stopping at about 120-130mg
I started off at 20 mcg's on the first day and increased by 10 a day untill I started getting sides. I got up to 120 mcg's. If you can handle the heart palpulations and the profuse sweating as a consequence of the raised temp, then good luck. I stopped it after 2 weeks as I believe you can do much better by dieting and cardio. In short, clen is crap.
PS Hey skinny why do you need clen if you're so skinny? I take it your user name doesn't reflect your actual body composition
