    planning next cycle

    ok im planning my cycle for the start of 2009. this will be my 2nd cycle, 1st one was a bit of a balls up so im doing my research in advance.

    im planning on doing the following cycle.....


    weeks 1-12 testex (test cyp) @ 250mg 2 x a week
    weeks 6-12 winstrol 1mg ed

    pct
    weeks 10-14 hcg 250ui 2 x a week
    weeks 14-18 nolvadex 20mgs ed and proviron 50mgs ed

    im 26yrs old
    18.5 stones
    6ft 4ins
    good clean diet eat approx 5 mini meals a day
    not sure of bf %

    what do u guys reckon?
    any input or constructive critism appriciated

    my diet is 8am: whey protein powder with oats for breakfast
    10am: sandwich tuna or cheese
    12-1300: lunch chicken wrap in tortilla with mayo and chilli

    17-1800 gym
    1900: whey protein shake straight after gym
    2000: evening meal, rice, vegetables, chicken or meat
    2200: whey protein shake before bed

    my goal is to gain muscle whilst burning some fat aswell, i go gym atleast 3xweek and do lots of cardio and play football.

    mini meals= small meals lol

    im trying to eat as much protein as possible and as little carbs as possible in order to burn some fat.

    Well im not advocating any length in particular, its just you got 2 weeks (i think) for the ester to clear to start pct, so why not fill in the gap?
