Looking to start my very first cycle. I'm 5'9" 185lbs 12.2%BF looking to shoot up to 200lbs and drop BF by 3-4%. My buddy uses Deca but the gains look kinda wet but other than results look good, any advice????

What's your age and how's your diet/workout routine?
For first ever cycle, I would stay away from deca and just do a Test based only for 12 weeks.

I'm 20 Workout 5 days a week cardio 3 heavy sets 5x5. Eat 3 real meals a day and the other 3 are shakes (fruit, yogurt,2 scoops of powder)
Shakes have their place in a diet but its not solid food bro...FOOD is what will put the good muscle on you...Before you start anything in form of a cycle you may want to restructure your nutrition intake aswell as your Training regimen.....once thats all in check then you can put together your next move.

From viewing your age, and taking BIGMAX's advise with getting a good diet, you could nearly reach you goal naturally. Try fixing your diet, eat like a wild banshee, keep a great workout regiment for 3-4 months and then look at hitting a cycle if you aren't seeing gains. But I think you will be pleased.
After having 2 or 3 solid years training and have internalize a solid clean diet!
