the more the merrier. a suppliment is safe to the body. Mixing it with a steroid will make them work syngergetically.

you would need a pct as well. and the last rule of thumb is to generally run test in any cycle.

all pro h shut down your hpta to a degree, can potentially give you gyno and require a pct

If I am going to take anavar is it necessary to run a cycle of test or can I just take anavar? and I read the effectiveness charts, but I was wondering if anyone who has used anavar could let me know about the side effects?

I think the mass media has brain washed you......AAS have typically been used and developed by the medical profs. supplements are sometimes nothing more than snake oil or cheap un/underdeveloped version of the real AAS!

sorry but im new to this and i have more questions.. the p-plex i am using is a clone of the original pheraplex and I have just stopped taking it and I am going to pct and i was wondering how soon i should start taking anavar and what other things i need while taking anavar

OTC natural test boosters are shitty products in which most people use as a PCT after completing a PH cycle. You would just be wasting your time running it during your Anavar cycle. If you choose to PCT or not, make sure it's a SERM.

I get tired of seeing every under-aged person that comes here for help just gets the same comment over and over "you're too young."
Ninety percent of the people looking for help on here have already made up their mind that they are going to do gear, so instead of offering no help and just saying you're too young why not help them so they can do the gear right.

no that is not the best advice he should get. Anyone who is interested in steroids will do them regardless if you tell them they are too young or not. If someone who is too young is going to do something regardless then best that they be knowledgable on what they are actaully doing to their body. So research should be done with AAS and how they affect the body. Also remember that AAS does help the body produce muscle faster BUT the key point that most younger people dont realize is that DIET is the key to growing and without a sound proper diet you will not make the achievments you want. Anavar and p-plex are not a wise choice at all together as Amorphic statedyou should really stick with researching out all compounds, sounds diets, and make sure you have taken advantage of your natty test levels before jumping into AAS.

But he didnt seem that he was hell bent on using AAS.
I feel some kind of moral obligation to attempt to talk someone as young as him out of using at such an age.
However, if he does insist he will use regardless of the consequences, i will help to the best of my ability.

well i am eventually going to use it i mean i already purchased it and i have read most of the threads concerning anavar.. I'm just on pct right now for p-plex and ill cycle anavar next. But i am looking for an honest opinion- do you guys think anavar could do a lot of harm to my body at 18 y/o because after reading the threads the sides seem to be pretty mild?
