all natural never had a real cardio workout. i will do it occasionally, but i play college baseball and play basketball quite a bit so i think that does that job. im looking to cut down to around 175. ive been lifting hard for alil over a year. and have seen some real good progress but just wanting to get learner now. any comments welcome.

i would cut out the gatorade and add sweet potatos
meal 6-12oz lean beef or chicken-330/0/66
add a carb source, potatos, lentils etc... also, cut out 6oz of the meat and sub in an equivalent amount of cottage cheese for slow release over the night
i know there are no veg but im not a big eater of them. i love corn but i know its all about the greens. will eat them from sparingly. maybe you can help me out with that also.....
