    After 2 weeks you start feeling the increased pumps... at least I did. Probably Eq's initial reaction. And the pumps are awsome!

    It took 7 weeks when i noticed the eq doings its job and thats why i would always run eq at least 12 weeks to get the best results.

    oakes- what else are you running? b/c if its just EQ i dont think u will get a great pump.
