I'm 7 ounces from being Obese!!!!

    http://www.whathealth.com/bmi/calculator.html

At 5'11 and 210 its says that my body mass index is 29.3. Which 30 is considered to be obese. I'm assuming that body builders can't go by body mass index.

I remember when I joined the army back in my teens they told me I had to loose weight becaue I was obese. Based on the BMI I was 32 or something.

Considering my BF was 9-10%, I told them to get fukked.

    BMI Notes

Factors such as race and athleticism can affect weight status results.

For example, an athlete muscular in build may be classed as being overweight when they're actual weight should be categorized as 'normal'. Despite individual factors, BMI provides a general indication as to whether an individual is overweight.
