    surgery and steroids

    i am supposed to have surgery on a cyst in my neck in 2 weeks. will steroids cause complication? should i tell my doctor first?

    o ya and im on test e at 500mg/week and im 3 weeks in

    if your being given anesthesia then you need to inform your dr.

    You'll be fine......... Tell your doc, surgery always carries a risk, but while on aas this has an effect on clotting issues, so def mention it.

    I would mention it. I had rotator cuff surgery at the end of a cycle I let them know and they said it would be fine but it doesn't hurt to be honest with them they can't say anything.

    then you need to let them know so they can adjust accordingly. steroids metabolize the anesthesia causing it to wear off much quicker. also like mentioned above they can cause clotting issues. best to inform your dr.

    does it effect it enough to not be able to do surgery?
