I have searched for this answer! but I am still confused. With the Ar-r clen 30ml, is 1 spray the equivalent to 20 mcg? Also anyone with experience with this product about how long will 1 bottle last, ~1 cycle, 2..?

comes with an oral syringe bro, much more effective method of dosing. made mine last for a 12 week cycle.

thanks, also what can I take with clen to maximize effects/minimize the side affects. Ive read of using t3 but i do not know what it does, and benadryl for sleep issues. But I know theres more and just cant find it.

Shit I had to take up to 140mcg at a time, a bottle only lasted me about 4-6 weeks max
