I'd started off with
Day 1 - 4: 300mg a day
Day 5 - x: 400-500mg a day
(Thinking 300mg in the AM, 1-200mg before bed)
Now I read that DNP basically boosts your metabolic rate 150%
So if you'd normally burn 2000 calories day to day, you'd actually burn 3100 or so
Question is: At what dosage does that happen?
What are the differences between sitting on 200mg/day and upping it up to 500mg/day?
