Hey guys new here just thought Id stop by and see if I could get a little advice. I just received my very first cycle and would like to know if there are any guidelines I should follow. Fist off I am 27yrs old 5' 6" and am currently about 185lbs. I have been lifting hard since my freshman year in highschool. Six days a week 2-3hrs a night, and have hit what I think to be a plateau, which is why Ive opted for the cycle. I got a 10week supply of test cyp and plan to inject 2cc once a week for the before mentioned 10weeks. Does anyone have any kind of suggestions for a diet or work out. Right now my diet basically consist of meat and cheese and a lot of vitamins, protein shakes, and other various supplements. Also what kind of gains should I expect I have gotten as lean as 175 and am absolutely ripped at that weight and carry 185 very well. In my off season (I usually only lift 3 days a week from oct trhough dec to free up time for hunting season) I usually get up to 200lbs. This year with the cycle I am planning on not taking any time off and hittin the gym REAL HARD through the entire year.

In the avy pic I was weighed in at 183lbs I would post some more and better pics but not sure how to without using photobucket or something like that and im not familiar with those sites or how to use them. Is there a way to make a album on your profile or post more pics to an actual thread? Im actually looking for any info that might be helpful as far as diet, or workout programs, do or donts, ANYTHING you could give a newbie to the gear
