I eat whole wheat pasta from time to time but it all depends on your goals, what you put on the pasta and what else you're eating the rest of the day. I wouldn't make it your only carb source but it's a good alternative to switch it up once in a while.
I eat WW pasta as well, and usually prepare it for a meal on the go; especially when a Pesto sauce or other such tasty, oleaginous garnishes are added (EFA's).
On the other hand, some people don't respond well to wheat products because their digestive system is extremely sensitive to gluten. Therefore, rice, beans, and other pulses (such as lentils) can be consumed as healthy complex carbs.
If you like the consistency of long pasta, check out Soba Noodles. They are made from buckwheat which, despite its name, is a gluten-free grain. The Japanese use it in many of their dishes, so be weary as I think it contains high amounts of Sodium... and I am not positive on this, so check your labels. Just some thoughts, hope this helps.

From reading on here, I see it is used a lot in bulking diets. Not so much in cutting it seems.
Whole Wheat all the way! Barilla Plus is also pretty good too. it has decent amount of complete proteins in it.
I use whole wheat pasta in both bulking and cutting... I just eat it plain when cutting... Tastes kind of gritty, but I'm eating for the nutrients, not the taste.![]()
I get ezekiel pasta, but the best work out comes from sweet potatoes. jmo
i eat pasta. When ever i want. I prefer pasta to rice but i use both.
i eat pasta and mix cottage cheese in it .. no sauce anymore just cottage cheese, try it
pasta for the most part is my primary lunch too, and turkey/ham sandwiches on wheat
In off-season I'll have usually one meal a week with WW pasta, other than that I just prefer sweet potatoes or brown rice or beans...just my preference though.
