    how many calories should I burn in a normal Cardio workout?

    depends on your stats and alos how long of a session and what your doing but mainly depends on age, height, weight etc...

    Also depends on training experience, cardio experience. A marathon runner doing cardio at 135BPM will burn fewer calories than a a big fattie that never works out doing the same cardio at the same heart rate will. Its hard to pinpoint the exact number of calories you burn during a cardio session, thats why all these stupid calorie counter gadgets are a joke.....You shouldnt worry about the number of calories you burn during cardio anyway, thats not the point of doing cardio when it comes to bodybuilding anyhow.

    well i need to burn fat..... and also i have been doing cardio for a while i have dropped from 235

    Good! Keep doing what your doing then and dont worry about how many calories your burning

    Agreed, like on the tread mill or the eliptical machine I can run 2 miles at almost max heart rate and it says i burned the same amount of calories as when I walk for the same amount of time at like 65% MHR, just at a steeper incline. Those counters are worthless IMO
