In Canada its great just walking in to the pharmacy and asking for 50 25G 1" pins, 50 23G 1.5" pins and just getting them hassle free and cheap.

Blood testing is free here too you just have to go to your doctor. The pins cost money but minute amounts and they have great selection so I cant complain.

I know you know it is not "free" the productive citiziens of your countrys pay allot for those things that the government provides for "free" this is not a flame just a clarification. I love Canada and the UK I have served wit both Navy's and they are first class.

I agree taxes are high but its nice those things are included. Our current government has brought taxes down a bit so I`m happy about that but they are still too high.
