hi im from montreal canada , i began training 15 month ago and i thought i will quit after 3 monts. Now i really enjoy it , i put my mp3 and i pass almost 2 hours 5 x a week. Now im looking to put some 45 pounds each side of the bar and make my set on the bench over 250 .
