well,1 ml twice a week.. that makes 2ml a week.. 10 divided by 2 = 5

yeah think id spend a little more time back in the gym first.. get your diet and training down and keep doing your research.. learn everything you can on gear use.. possible negative sides,how to combat them,pct, all that good stuff..

I've known a lot of guys who jumped on cycle before training long enough, and then injured themselves. You need to train long enough that your connective tissue is prepared for extra muscle. Personally I feel that's a minimum of a year, the longer the better.
Also with a 44" waist at your height and weight, your bf% is high. You should be 15% or less to start, imo.
